Tuna Corn Salad
Release Date: 05-08-2010
As we approach the end of a busy and enjoyable week, I devoted almost the entire afternoon to sweet activities today. Tomorrow I will share with you the events and the new flavors I tried one by one :)

I made a small salad to snack on before I leave. I think the ice between me and the tuna has started to thaw, but I still can't stand the oil and smell. When you filter the oil, that heavy smell almost disappears.
You can add red roasted peppers, lettuce or Mediterranean greens to the salad if you have it at home. If you just use lettuce and capers like I did, it's perfect on pasta, too.
See you tomorrow with love...
