Bodrum Style Sea Bean Recipe with All Tips
Hello Dear Friends,
I continue to share with you the most delicious versions of salads and appetizers that you can prepare at home ☺️ The black-eyed peas, which are usually delivered to us in Istanbul and Bodrum as fainted, are fresh in Muğla, so they are boiled quickly in 2-3 minutes. 2-3 minutes after you start boiling, take it out and pull one from the end. If it comes easily, fine.
If you boil it too much, it will be crushed and discolored. Therefore, as soon as it boils, dip it in the cold water you have prepared and stop cooking. Thus, its color will remain bright green.
I don't think you need to add salt to the sea cowpea, but after boiling it, taste it and decide whether or not to add it.
Lots of ❤️ quitting and @kitchensirlari Don't forget to follow. Love…
