Ingredients for Tulum Cheese and Nuts Wrap Recipe

  • 3 slices of Izmir Tulum Cheese
  • Dill
  • Parsley
  • 1 leaves of lettuce
  • dried apricots, dried figs, optionally prunes
  • Almonds, walnuts or a mix of dried fruits all
  • 1 tablespoon of pesto sauce
  • 1 whole wheat lavash

Fabrication:

  1. Wash the parsley, dill and lettuce in plenty of water and remove the moisture with a napkin. If desired, break it with your hands or chop it.
  2. Take the lavash on the counter and spread 1 tablespoon of pesto sauce on it.
  3. Place the cheese and other toppings on the lavash in equal amounts and make a roll.
  4. Warm slightly and serve if desired.
