Except for the mini chocolates for the feast, I made truff, I filled my chocolate packages with half chocolate and half truffle. We took our handmade chocolates in cute packages to all our relatives and friends we visited with my wife.

So What is this Truff?

Truff is actually a type of mushroom, usually black in color and lumpy, but there are also white truffles. It is very popular in America and Europe, and the price is quite expensive. The reason why these tiny sweet balls are called truffs is that they visually resemble truffles. Its main ingredients are chocolate and cream, the rest of the ingredients to form the dough is entirely up to your imagination. While making the truffle dough, you can use your leftover cake (and cookies, tarts, biscuits) from the previous day. Love to all!

Ingredients for the Truffle Recipe

200 gr. chopped couverture chocolate (I used milk)
200 gr. raw cream (1 small pack)
1 cake (with chocolate or fruit pieces)

To cover:

1 small bowl of cocoa
dried fruit pieces
hazelnut
filet pistachios
filet almonds

How to Make a Truff Recipe?

Take the cream in a medium saucepan, wait until it boils, add the chopped dark chocolate into it, and whisk it until it melts, and when it melts, take it off the heat.
Crush the cake in your hand into a deep bowl, pour the chocolate cream that comes to room temperature into it and knead well. Cover the dough in an airtight manner and leave it in the refrigerator for 1 night. The next day, take walnut-sized pieces from the dough, roll them in your hand (it will be warmer and easier to find when rolling in your hand) and dip each ball in almonds, pistachios, crushed hazelnuts. Serve in truffle papers.

    Oof of..you read the recipe but why don't you read the comments fully that I bought 3 cupcakes as tuba?cake..I made a bidet..it became civic..no other cakes at home..napicam now..?:( Or should I ask the neighbor for a cake?

      Last minute..
      There was a cake base in the neighbor.. I used it.. 3 cupcakes and half of a layer of the cake base.. God bless us because the size of the cake was bad.. let's see what it will look like in the morning :))
