Tuscan Salad

Ingredients for Tuscany Salad Recipe
- 250 gr. Mediterranean greens
- 50 gr (4-5 pieces) boiled green beans
- 10 gr. pitted black olives
- 20 gr. Boiled beans (canned)
- 2 anchovies
- 1 red onions
- 50 ml. balsamic vinegar
- 10 gr honey
- 5 thin slices parmesan cheese
- 1 cucumbers
- Olive oil
- 5 g Truffle oil
How To Make Toscana Salad Recipe?
- Wash the greens in 1-2 waters and leave to drain.
- Peel and finely chop the red onions.
- Without peeling the skins of the cucumbers, cut them into 2 parts and slice them. Finely chop the anchovies with a sharp knife.
- In a deep bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey and truffle oil well.
- Mix all the ingredients well, except the Parmesan cheese, and transfer to the salad plate.
- Serve with parmesan cheese on top.
