The recipes that I will share with you this week are very practical and stylish snacks. You can prepare tortilla sausage skewers at once when you invite your friends or organize a cinema activity at home. You can also prepare sausage skewers with your leftover phyllo (and they're much easier to cut than tortillas ;) ).

Finally, I will attend the Japanese Cuisine training with Kiyoshi Hayamizu on Thursday. This week, I will start with how to make sushi at home and share with you the popular dishes of Japanese cuisine.

Japanese cuisine? :D I love Far Eastern cuisine. Ramen is often cooked at home. Soy sauce is not missing. I like to cook Chinese soup (hot and sour). Last time I cooked onigiri and gyoza :D I hope you share your experience with us. I will eagerly await.
