Tortilla Chips and Eggplant Dip
I have good news for you! Tomorrow morning, I will be on the live broadcast of Türkmax's "Everything Tastes" program. In this program, I will decorate a table for those who plan to spend their Valentine's Day at home. Excitement has already set in, I panicked about what to wear and what to do :) Then I took a deep breath, put everything in order, now I'm a little calmer. My third good news is that I started a diet and it is going very well, my goal is to lose 1 kilos in 2-10 months. So there may be an increase in both winter and low-calorie recipes these days :) When the recipes waiting to be shared with you in my archive are finished, I will share the diet aid recipes with you.
Tortilla chips and the eggplant dip in which they are dipped is a very practical and creative recipe. When you don't know what to do at home or you are bored with standard recipes, if you want chips but are too lazy to go out and buy them, you can prepare them in 10 minutes.
Ingredients for Tortilla Chips and Eggplant Dip
- 3 tortillas
- half a teaspoon of olive oil
Fabrication:
- Cut the tortillas into 8 triangular pieces. Grease your triangular tortillas with an egg brush and place them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
- Bake in the oven at 200 degrees until well browned (5-6 minutes).
- Wait for the chips you have taken out of the oven to cool down and serve with dip sauce.
Eggplant Dip Sauce Ingredients:
- 3 roasted eggplant
- half a glass of yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic optional
Fabrication:
- Peel the roasted aubergines and finely chop them with a knife.
- Crush the garlic and mix with the eggplants.
- Finally, add yoghurt, olive oil and salt and mix well.
- You can add a ball of black pepper or any other seasoning you want.
