Hello Dear Friends,

I'm pretty late to sit in front of the computer today. When meetings were added to the intensity of the projects I am currently working on, the things I had to do piled up and kept me up until this hour. Even though I can't finish things now, with the sweet tiredness of being halfway through, I write to you and relax a little.

Being constantly cooking and shooting has some difficulties. You taste everything but you don't understand what you are eating. Even in the evening, you see that you are hungry and sluggish.

I have recently developed a practical method for this. QuinoaI boil it in 1-2 cups of water and put it in the refrigerator in an airtight container. When I can't find the opportunity to eat, I take some from it and mix it with the things that please my eyes in the cupboard and prepare a quick meal. Don't look, it's incredibly satisfying that it looks like tiny sand.

QuinoaI will talk about the benefits of the product at length (in a large time) in the coming days. Now you can easily find it in big markets (usually in the aisles with oat bran). 1 pack goes a long time.

Love…
