The only salad that is loved by dieters is Tuna Salad. It has the power to get even a person like me who doesn't like fish back on track one day :) It's easy to make, as well as healthy, nutritious and low in calories..
If you are on a diet and have to cook your own food, you can choose this practical salad. Tuna salad for lunch, as I've been sluggish with my last two vegetable dishes. Mediterranean salad, Halloumi Cheese Salad, chicken salad I started to consider options.

Ingredients for Tuna Diet Salad Recipe
- 1 small pack of tuna fish
- 1 lettuce
- 1 small tomato
- 1 small cucumber
- 2 tablespoons of boiled corn (if you are on the dukan diet, absolutely not in the attack and cruising phase)
- 1 tablespoon capers (optional)
- different seasonal greens, if any
- 2 teaspoon of olive oil
- half a lemon
- salt
How To Make Tuna Diet Salad Recipe?
- Chop tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce.
- Take the chopped material in a mixing bowl, mix it and put it on the salad plate.
- Sprinkle capers and boiled corn on top.
- Open the can of tuna and drain. Shred the drained tuna with a fork and sprinkle over the salad.
- Serve with olive oil, lemon and salt.
