Ingredients for Kuymak Recipe

200 gr cheddar cheese
3-4 tablespoons of cornmeal (full spoon)
1-1,5 tablespoons of butter (must have :) )
2 water glass of water

Fabrication:

We melt the butter in the pan. We put the corn flour on it and fry it well. We pour the water on it slowly. We whisk it with a wire whisk to avoid lumps. We leave it to cook. We put the cheddar cheese on it. When it melts, we eat it with great pleasure. The bottom of the kuymak should be cooked very well and it should be like a crust, that's the best place :)) Enjoy :)))
