I hit the road this weekend to get rid of the sickness air on me. I can say that we shuttled between the Anatolian and European sides. After a pleasant Sunday breakfast in Yeniköy on Sunday morning, my wife and I attended the joyful event of Kikkoman at EKS under the management of dear Eyüp Kemal Sevinç.

We prepared delicious dishes of Turkish cuisine in 9 minutes with 9 bloggers and two gastronomy students who were given to assist us at 45 stations.

essential

Our recipe was Simit Kebab, simit kebab Presentation day before internship at Chefschool dear Kerem had prepared. Kerem uses 2 kinds of ground meat and pistachios while preparing this recipe. Of course, his simit kebabs are cooked on the grill, not in the oven. We hope to share it with us soon :)

Ladies who do not have a grill at home can easily cook in the oven as I do.

Thanks to Tanberk and Batuhan for their determined work.

In addition, Batuhan is now a blogger, he opened up about kitchen secrets. You can find the food blog here.

Sorry for the photo quality, I didn't have my camera with me so we had to make do with the iPhone. Love…
