Ingredients for Butter Egg Sealing Recipe

  • 3-4 eggs (adjust as you like per person)
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Red pepper
  • Thyme
  • Optional parsley or fresh rosemary for serving

How to Make Butter Egg Sealing Recipe?

  1. Hard-boil eggs (drop slowly into boiling water and cook for 6 minutes). Soak the boiled eggs in cold water for a few minutes and peel them.
  2. Cut the peeled eggs lengthwise into 2 parts.
  3. Take the butter in the pan and melt it, add the spices in the desired amount and mix.
  4. Put the cut parts of the eggs into the pan, add salt and spices.
  5. Pour the hot oil over the eggs with the help of a spoon and cook for 1 minute. Serve hot.
