Butter Cream Pastry

I couldn't add a recipe to the blog because I tried new recipes with the products of a brand I worked with yesterday. As you can see, my whole day was spent in the kitchen :) Let it disperse, then disperse again, collect it again, it goes like this all day, but no matter how tired a person gets while doing the job he loves, he is happy.

Ingredients for Butter Cream Pastry Recipe
For the dough:
- 2 eggs (white will be added to the dough, yolk will be brushed on top)
- 1 glass of milk cream (200 ml package cream)
- 100 g butter
- Half a cup of warm water
- 1,5 sweet spice salt
- 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
- 1 pack of instant yeast
- 4 water glass flour
For the above:
- Sunflower seeds
How to Make Butter Creamy Pastry Recipe?
- Take 3,5 cups of flour in a mixing bowl, add salt, yeast and sugar on it.
- Knead the butter at room temperature by adding 1 cup of cream, egg whites and water to the flour. While kneading, add half a glass of flour little by little.
- After the dough comes together, take it to the counter. (I usually knead by attaching the hook of the mixer, when all the dough is collected after leaving the bowl, I continue the kneading work for 1 more minute and take it to the counter)
- Shape the dough you have kneaded into a ball and cover it with a clean cloth and leave it to ferment for 15-20 minutes.
- Break off tangerine-sized pieces from the fermented dough and make small balls by nesting them on the counter.
- Arrange the pastries 3-4 cm apart on the baking tray on which you have greased paper or placed silpat. Let it ferment in the tray for 10 minutes.
- When the tray is finished fermenting, brush the egg yolk on top of the pastries and sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown.
