One of the most delicious recipes with a little bit of everything I love in it, definitely seasoned juicy meatballs :) My mother-in-law prepares meatballs as if they were going to be used in soup, while I prefer to cook them with larger meatballs, but I think both are perfect.

Ingredients for Seasoned Juicy Meatballs with Everything You Love

  • 2 tablespoons of flour (for topping the meatballs)
  • 1 liters of water
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 medium carrot
  • 2-3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • salt

For the meatballs:

  • 300 gr mince
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 tablespoon of rice
  • salt
  • black pepper

For dressing:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • juice of half a lemon

How to Make Seasoned Juicy Meatballs with Everything You Love In It?

  1. Put the minced meat in a mixing bowl, knead the grated onion (squeeze the juice with your hands), washed and drained rice, salt and pepper together.
  2. Break off pieces from the minced meat and roll it with your hands.
  3. Peel the potatoes and carrots, cut them into cubes and put them in the pot. Add 1 liter of water on top and let it boil for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Dip the meatballs you prepared in flour, add them to the pot and let it boil.
  5. Whisk the lemon juice and egg yolk in a bowl. Take 3-4 tablespoons of boiling water, add little by little to the dressing mix and mix.
  6. After the seasoning is well-warmed, add it to the pot and stir. Boil for 4-5 minutes on medium heat.
  7. Add the parsley and salt, bring it to a boil, take it off the stove and serve.
