Seasoned Beef Barley Noodle Soup

While we have shared with you almost all the bread recipes that we can offer, with only a few days before Ramadan, I would like to start with simple, delicious home-cooked recipes that you can make at home with ingredients.
Ramadan pita, loaf of bread, unleavened flatbread and especially flower bread recipes have been tried more than I can count. There are few things more satisfying for a cook and recipe writer :)

Ingredients for Seasoned Ground Beef Barley Noodle Soup Recipe
- 1 tea glass of barley noodle
- 3-4 tablespoons of roasted ground beef
- 1 tablespoons of butter
- 4 cup of hot water
- 1 cups meat or chicken stock
- juice of half a lemon
- 1 teaspoon of yogurt
- 1 egg yolk
- salt
How to Make Seasoned Meat Barley Noodle Soup Recipe?
- Take the oil and roasted ground beef in the pan and fry it quickly.
- Add the noodles, water and broth and cook until the noodles are soft.
- Whisk eggs, yogurt and lemon juice in a bowl. Take it from the boiling soup water, add it to the mixture and warm it up.
- Add the mixture you prepared to the soup and mix.
- Add the salt of the soup, add the water, stir until it boils.
- Add salt as soon as it boils and cook for 3-4 minutes. Bring it to a boil and take it off the stove.
- Take the soups on a serving plate and serve with spices if desired.
