Ingredients for Seasoned Ground Beef Barley Noodle Soup Recipe

  • 1 tea glass of barley noodle 
  • 3-4 tablespoons of roasted ground beef
  • 1 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 cup of hot water 
  • 1 cups meat or chicken stock 
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of yogurt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • salt

How to Make Seasoned Meat Barley Noodle Soup Recipe?

  1. Take the oil and roasted ground beef in the pan and fry it quickly. 
  2. Add the noodles, water and broth and cook until the noodles are soft.
  3. Whisk eggs, yogurt and lemon juice in a bowl. Take it from the boiling soup water, add it to the mixture and warm it up. 
  4. Add the mixture you prepared to the soup and mix.
  5. Add the salt of the soup, add the water, stir until it boils.
  6. Add salt as soon as it boils and cook for 3-4 minutes. Bring it to a boil and take it off the stove.
  7. Take the soups on a serving plate and serve with spices if desired.
