Hello Dear Friends,

Today's sahur recipe is a practical and delicious toast that we prepared with string cheese and mini lavash. When you think of toast, toast bread and cheddar cheese come to mind, but toast made from lavash is delicious. I pesto, bittersweet sauce and I try different toast recipes with many more flavorings. My recent favorite is mihalic and string cheese.

Ingredients for String Cheese Lavash Toast Recipe

  • 4 small size lavash
  • 50 g string cheese
  • 2-3 cherry tomatoes
  • 2-3 leaves of fresh basil
  • beef or chicken ham
  • 1 teaspoon of breakfast sauce (adjika)
  • salt
  • mill black pepper

How to Make String Cheese Lavash Toast Recipe?

  1. Slice the tomatoes. Wash and dry the basil and separate the leaves.
  2. Cut the string cheese into large and small pieces with your hands.
  3. Sprinkle all the ingredients on the first lavash. Drizzle some olive oil on it, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spread breakfast sauce on the inside of the other lavash and cover it on the other lavash. Cook in the preheated Toaster until the cheese melts.
  5. Slice and serve hot or warm.

    Does this toaster have a double tray? ie a flat one (as seen in this recipe) and a grid-shaped one?
