Fresh Ginger Tea
Hello Dear Friends,
In fact, I have been so sick for a week that the people who call me do not recognize my voice. Can we talk to Ms. Nilay? :) Some people even thought it was my wife the other day. In fact, I would usually go to the doctor on the first day because I was working hard and did not want to fall behind at work.
Luckily I didn't have to be out of the house all the time like last week. This time, I guess I was both busy and stubborn and didn't go to the doctor. I am allergic to the slightest cold and my nose becomes completely blocked.
Fortunately, I solved the problem with a small dose of allergy pills and herbal teas. The thing that comforted me the most during this period was the Ginger Tea that I am sharing with you now. You all know about fresh ginger by now. When the weather started to get colder, he even started to enter the markets in the neighborhood.
As far as I have read, it is a very good anti-inflammatory thanks to a substance called "gingerol" in it. Apart from strengthening the immune system, it is also good for joint pain.
You can also add different fruits to this tea. Apart from the cloves, you can also use cinnamon sticks.
I will share another post with you as soon as possible, but ginger honey Don't forget to check out my syrup recipe too.
Love…
