Fresh Fruit Cake

I started writing by saying hello to everyone on a beautiful summer morning, but so many things got in the way that it was noon :)

It feels like this summer has been the summer of marriage for our family. We got my brother married last month, and my brother-in-law is getting engaged this Saturday. Now let's get to the reason why I'm telling you this...

I couldn't even find a dress I liked as a result of the intense shopping mall stickers I've been doing for the last two days. You all know how frustrating this is. Finally, I went back to my wardrobe and started to tinker with my evening dresses. The dress I wanted was waiting for me there :) Of course, I tried it right away and got a surprise. (The dress is literally falling off me!)

I took the right tailor's way, measuring was taken again, etc. Since the first day I wore that dress, I have slimmed down by 12 cm. It was incredibly enjoyable for me :)

When I say sports and diet, I should also mention that I have the unbearable pride of winning the struggle I entered :)

Let's not let our fresh fruit cake boil in the meantime. Fresh fruits look good on the cake, you can chop and strain the fruits that are left at home and add them to your cake and create new flavors.

Love…

How to Make Fresh Fruit Cake Recipe?

  1. Take the sugar and egg into the whisk, the mixture is foamy (until the sugar is completely dissolved) and beat it first at low speed and then at high speed.
  2. Add milk and room temperature margarine to the risen eggs and continue beating at low speed.
  3. Add the flour and mix until you get a runny dough.
  4. Add the last baking powder and vanilla and mix for 1 more minute. Add the prepared fruits to the dough and mix them with the help of a spoon.
  5. Lightly grease and flour the dough into the cake tin.
  6. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven. You can tell whether it is cooked with the help of a toothpick or knife. (If the toothpick comes out wet, bake for a few more minutes).
  7. Let your baked cake rest for 30 minutes to cool. Serve by slicing.

I watched this way of making pies in Martha's program. Before adding the fruits to the mixture, they floured them well and added them that way. Thus, the fruits cling to the cake before they go down.

If you add it last to the cake and mix it with the help of a spatula or spoon, it will look more balanced in the cake.
