Fresh Fig Pie Inside Out Cake

While saying goodbye to the fig, I remembered how long I haven't made a practical but stylish cake for a long time. What are the best flavors for autumn? Of course, figs and walnuts (You may remember my jam with fresh figs and walnuts :) It is that fragrant crown that takes their taste to the next level. Now, when all of these are combined in a cotton cake, I don't think it's even possible for the result to be bad :)

Ingredients for Fresh Fig Pie Cake Recipe
- 8-9 fresh figs
- 3 pieces of eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 water glass milk
- 1 water glass measure of oil
- half a cup of chopped walnuts
- 1 package baking powder
- 1 packet of vanillin with sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2,5 water glass flour
How to Make Fresh Fig Inside Out Cake Recipe?
- Beat the egg and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is fluffy.
- Add milk and oil to the beaten eggs and continue beating.
- Add the flour, cinnamon, baking powder and vanilla and mix until there are no lumps. Finally, add the walnuts and mix with a spatula.
- Put oiled recordings in the clamped mold, divide the figs into 3 pieces lengthwise and arrange them on the greaseproof paper. Carefully pour the cake batter into the mold.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40-45 minutes.
- After your baked cake is warm, open the springform tin and turn it upside down on the serving plate. Carefully remove the wax paper and serve.
