Hello dear friends, here I am back and I am with you.
I'm having the stress of going back to work after a very nice vacation. Of course, we traveled for almost 10 days, we forgot about work :) We got rid of the chaos and chaos of the city and became one with nature.

green fig dessert

We spent the second part of our holiday in the orchards where it is almost impossible for us to see it in Istanbul, we ate the fruits from the branches by smell. I will share with you where I went and where I stayed.

I continue the recipes from where I left off and I make the opening with the fresh fig dessert, which is just in time.

This fruit, which is energizing, blood-forming, rich in vitamins and minerals, can be used in cakes, cookies and desserts, whether dried or fresh.
When dried, it is good for bronchitis and the cough it causes, and it can also be used as an expectorant. I used it by brewing it when I had bronchitis last winter, I got really good results. That's all from me for now, see you with brand new recipes and shares...

Hello, we do not add any fresh water. Figs are cooked in their own juice :)
