This week, I have always received good news :) First, we learned that we will experience the excitement of the World Cup in Durban, and then the visit of our beloved Özlem, who came from Izmir with her husband and baby. It was nice to meet up on the day we completed the passport procedures :)

Since we will be traveling a lot this week, I will share very practical recipes with you. It's time for fresh beans :) It's both practical and delicious, especially after one night in the refrigerator, you can't get enough of it. If you like it, I recommend adding 1 or 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic while frying the onions.

Ingredients for Fresh Beans Recipe

500gr. green beans
1 medium onion
2 ripe large tomatoes
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
Half a glass of olive oil
1,5 – 2 glasses of water
salt

How to Make Fresh Beans Recipe?

1- Wash and sort the beans. If your beans are large, cut them lengthwise into two or three parts.
2- Peel the skins of onions and tomatoes and chop them.
3- Put the olive oil and onion in the pot. Add a little salt on medium heat and fry until the onion turns pink. Add the chopped tomatoes on it and fry for 1 more minute.
4- Add the beans to the tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes until the color of the beans changes.
5- Add sugar, salt and water and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes until the beans are soft and their juices have evaporated. Serve warm or cold.

    Hello there
Hands down, it's really one of my favorite olive oils. I put garlic and cumin in it, I would recommend it humbly. :)
