Fresh Bean Dible
Hello Dear Friends,
Today's recipe is quite old, I have heard of this recipe, but I had not had the opportunity to try it before. While talking to my aunt, she said you don't have any recipes for dip, I think you should cook it while it's time for green beans. When I returned to Istanbul, I prepared it as he described and I loved it.
There are also those who cook the dible completely raw, that is, after putting all the ingredients in the pot raw. Boiling the beans a little and adding them after frying the onion is another way of cooking. There are those who use only onions or add carrots to add flavor. So everyone cooks in their own way :)
In addition, not only green beans, but also cabbage, leek or beetroot were prepared.
I added tomatoes, and I had to add more water to cook it than my aunt gave me. I guess my beans were a bit of a card :)
I think the best thing that gives flavor to dible is red pepper flakes, which you fry with the butter you add after cooking. If you don't like hot peppers, I recommend trying it with sweet paprika.
Love…
