Ingredients for Chicken and Vegetable Pie Recipe

3 sheets of dough
2-3 tablespoons of yoghurt
1 bowl of garnish
1 chicken breasts
1-2 medium potatoes
black seed
salt
black pepper
vegetable oil

Fabrication:

First we boil the potatoes. I am 8-10 min. I cook it in the microwave, it is very good and it cooks quickly. After mashing the boiled potato with the help of a fork, add the garnish. We turn the chicken breast, which we cut into cubes in a separate place, until cooked on the fire with a little oil. Then we add the chicken into our other stuffing and mix it well with salt. You can add spices such as black pepper, thyme, chili pepper, curry to the interior. After preparing our stuffing, we mix yoghurt and oil in a bowl and add some water to complete the pastry. Yes, everything is ready for making pies :) We lay our oiled paper on our baking tray. We will process our dough one by one. We roll out 1 piece of dough on our kitchen counter or on our table. We distribute the mortar we prepared on it in a way that it does not get too wet. We divide our yufka, which we have made into a long roll, into equal parts with 5 finger intervals. 5 or 6 pies come out of an estimated phyllo dough. We apply the same process for the remaining phyllo dough and arrange them on the tray. Before putting the pastries in the oven, we brush eggs and pour black cumin. Those who do not like black seed can use sesame. It is cooked at 300 degrees in 25-30 minutes. The thing I love most about this pastry is that you don't have to cut it and you can eat it comfortably by holding it in your hand. Bon appetit :)
