For the last two weeks, we've been choking on such heavy meals and sauces at school that I don't want to prepare anything when I come home. I look at the refrigerator and go back, then I go back to the closet and this cycle becomes unbearable :)

If you don't want to prepare something when you come back from work or school tired and don't want to prepare something, I say take a look at the refrigerator. Sandwiches are perfect for spending the evening with a light, satisfying and practical recipe…

Although the chicken sandwich recipe may seem very simple, there are some flavor-enhancing and addictive tricks.

The first of these is the stunning combination of garlic and olive oil.

Another is 1 thin slice of cheddar cheese, which you put on your chickens while they are hot,

Finally, fresh thyme and rosemary, if any.

You can make delicious sandwiches using these ingredients.

My crispy chicken and potatoes recipe is very suitable for this sandwich, you can check it out here…

Love…

Chicken sandwich:

2 sandwich or hamburger buns
4 crispy chickens or 2 thigh steaks
1 pieces of tomato
1 white onion
1 pinch of chopped parsley
1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
oil for frying chicken
salt

How to Make Chicken Sandwich Recipe?

1- First of all, mix the finely chopped or crushed garlic with olive oil and parsley. (1 garlic may be too much, you can use less according to your taste)
2- Spread this mixture into your sandwich breads that you cut into two.
3- Chop your tomatoes and white onions in half an inch widthwise.
4- Fry your chicken on both sides and put it on parchment paper to absorb the oil.
5- Chop the cooked and drained chicken into desired sizes.
6- Serve by arranging it with the potatoes and garnishes on the bread that you smeared with olive oil.
