Chicken Rice

With only a few days left until Ramadan, a sweet rush started to surround us all. Shopping for iftar was made this weekend, and those who are late will make up for their shortcomings in the next 1-2 days. Now it's time to cook for 30 days :)
A long time ago I shared chicken rice I had the recipe, but it was made from whole chicken. The recipe I will give today is enough for a family of 4. However, those who say they want to prepare it from whole chicken can find the recipe here.

Ingredients for Chicken Rice Recipe
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 6 water glass of water
- 1 pieces of onion
- 1 medium carrot
For the rice:
- 2 cups of rice
- 3 cups of chicken stock
- 2 spoonful butter
- salt
- black pepper

- Place the chicken drumsticks in a medium saucepan. Add 1 peeled onion, the carrot that you cut into large pieces and water and boil it until the chickens are soft.
- While the chickens are boiling, wash the rice in 1-2 waters and let it rest for 15 minutes in warm water to which you have added some salt.
- Remove the boiled chicken drumsticks, carrots and onions from the pot with the help of a strainer and continue to boil the chicken broth by reducing the bottom of the pot. Take the skins of the chicken drumsticks and shred them with your hands.
- Drain the rice and place in a medium saucepan with 2 tablespoons of butter. When the rice starts to become transparent, add 3 cups of chicken broth, salt and shredded chicken pieces and mix.
- Close the lid of the pot, cook on medium heat until the rice is tender.
- Turn the heat down and cook on low heat until the water is gone.
- Turn off the bottom of the stove, open the lid of the cooked rice and put a paper towel on the pot and close the lid again.
- Serve the rice, which is infused for 10-15 minutes.
