Ingredients for Chicken Cauliflower Salad Recipe

  • 3 chicken drumsticks
  • Half of 1 small cauliflower
  • 1 jar garnish (carrot, pea, potato mixed)
  • 4 tablespoons of yoghurt (heaped)
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise (wipe)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • dill upon request

How to Make Chicken Cauliflower Salad Recipe?

  1. Boil the chicken thighs in 2 liters of water until they are soft (I boil them in plenty of water because I use them for rice and soup)
  2. Boil the cauliflower in a separate pot for 5-6 minutes, when the time is over, drain it immediately and put it in a bowl full of cold water.
  3. Drain the garnish and rinse with plenty of water.
  4. Sort the cooled chickens and chop them finely. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces.
