Chicken Pasta
Egg Noodle, as we call it, is Chinese pasta or Chinese noodles. It is sold in 350 pieces in a 6 gr package. One packet of noodles can easily feed 1 people. When you enrich it with sauces, you don't even need to cook another meal.
Its preparation is just like our pasta. After the Chinese pasta with vegetables I prepared before, I decided to try it with chicken. While I was preparing the Chicken Noodles, I partially followed the recipe on the back of the pasta package. In the recipe, I used boiled chicken breast as written on the package, but it was a bit tough for me. For this reason, I decided to use chicken thighs or thighs while making noodles.
Leave your pasta slightly alive as in the recipe, it will soften a little more as it will be cooked in the pan with the sauce. However, if you want the pasta to be more cooked, it is enough to boil it for 10 minutes.
The more you keep the soy sauce, the tastier it will be. Be mindful of the salt you add to the pasta, as soy sauce is salty. Love…

Okay, Ms. Mine, the two are quite different, but you can try if you want.
