Chicken Ciabatta
Hello dear friends,
The taste of the chicken I prepared for the New Year was so good that I decided to evaluate the leftovers.
As an example, the recipe I prepared, namely chicken ciabatta, was made with leftovers from the stuffed chicken I prepared for the new year. I vacuumed the leftover chicken with this device and threw it in the fridge. When I took it out 2 days later, it was as fresh as the first day.
What is pre-campaign vacuuming? What does it provide us? Let me briefly mention them…
Thanks to the vacuum device and bag, you can significantly extend the life of the food, maintain the quality of the food, reduce the freezing effect of the deep freezer and reduce the waste food and its cost.
Vacuum packaging absorbs most of the air in sealed containers and prevents fresh air from entering the sealed containers, preventing oxidation and thus extending the life of the food. Vacuum packaging ensures the preservation of taste and overall quality.
In addition, it prevents the growth of microorganisms in the air and thus contributes to the prevention of problems that occur under the following conditions:
Mold – Molds cannot grow in low-oxygen environments; therefore vacuum packaging essentially prevents mold growth.
Mantar – It occurs as a result of souring, which is manifested by changes in odor and taste. Mushroom growth requires water, sugar and moderate heat. Also, it cannot survive in an airless environment. Cooling reduces the formation of fungus, while deep freezing completely prevents the formation.
Bacterium – Creates an unpleasant odour, discoloration and/or soft or slimy texture. In the appropriate environment, it causes clostridium botulium (the organism that causes food poisoning - botulism). It is welcome in an airless environment and cannot be perceived by a change in taste or smell. Although rare, it can be very dangerous.
Vacuum packaging cannot completely prevent food from spoiling, but it extends this time considerably, thus extending the life of your food.
See you on Tuesday, love...
