Ingredients for Chicken Tantuni Recipe
- 1 chicken breast (whole)
- 1 tablespoon red pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- Salt
- Half tea glass of oil
- 1 tea glass of water
- 5-6 pieces of lavash
For the garnish:
- 3 pieces of tomato
- 1 large onion
- Parsley
- Sumac
- Hot pepper (optional)
How to Make Chicken Tantuni Recipe?
- Chop the chicken breast into small cubes. (You can let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour to make chopping easier.)
