Hello Dear Friends,

There are certain foods that everyone likes or dislikes, even if they try hard. For example, I started eating arugula after the age of 30, but all my attempts to eat liver in order not to offend my wife were unsuccessful. I could not reconcile with the taste it left on my palate, and as a result, I gave up on these trials.

My wife cooked liver last week when she felt sick. He ate hot on the first day, and made the rest of the baguette sandwiches the next day. It looked so beautiful that I said I'll take pictures of it and write the recipe :) He wrote it too... He even added a note as a service suggestion.

chicken liver saute

“Near the liver;

Chop 1-2 onions in piyaz.

2- Chop the parsley, add red pepper flakes and mix it with the onion.” Saying…

What are the foods that you do not like a tulle or that you enjoy eating after a certain age?

Love…

  1. Chop the livers into equal parts. Divide the hearts into two, clean the blood clots in them, leave them all in water for 5 minutes and strain.
  2. Chop 1 onion and garlic rat tooth.
  3. Take the oil in a large pan and when it gets hot, add the chopped onions and garlic and fry them.

  5. Fry lightly until the livers absorb their water and become oily.

    Hello there
    I can never eat veal liver, I didn't like chicken liver when I was a kid, but I started to like it at later ages. I do it occasionally, but the stove sinks a lot while frying :)
    I will definitely try your wife's recipe. I never put okra in my mouth.
    Let me give you a recipe from me, it is very delicious.

    Wash and drain 400-500 grams of chicken liver. Mix it with the juice of half a lemon, 1 tablespoon of thyme, 1 teaspoon of paprika and salt. Let it stay in the refrigerator overnight. Then drain the livers and fry them in butter for a few minutes. Set aside. Cut a red capia pepper and a zucchini or a small eggplant with a little salt, cut 8 multitail tomatoes in the middle, sauté them all in butter or oil. Add the livers, a box of cream, add 2 tea spoons of balsamic vinegar, close the lid and let them simmer for a few minutes on heavy fire. Add parsley on top. I serve it with pasta.
    Bon Appetit
