I am with you with a wonderful holiday recipe. Aunt Melek prepared meatballs for us in the pan today, thus breaking the taboo for me to cook meat in the oven.

Ingredients for Stir-fried Rice Recipe

6 eggplants
To cook 1 cup of water
frying oil for eggplants

For internal mortar:

300 gr mince
2 medium onion
2 pieces of tomato
2-3 pinches of parsley
salt
black pepper

For the above:

3 green peppers
2 pieces of tomato

How to Make Fried Shrimp Recipe?

1- Peel the eggplants, fry them in plenty of oil by making a transverse line. Arrange the fried aubergines in the pan.
2- Chop the onions and tomatoes for food. Saute the onion with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil.
3- Add the minced meat to the fried onion and fry it until the water is gone.
4- Add the tomatoes, salt and pepper and cook until the tomatoes get juiced.
5- When the tomatoes get juiced, turn off the stove and add the parsley and mix.
6- Fill the mortar you prepared into the fried aubergines. Add 1 glass of water next to the eggplants.
7- Garnish the eggplants with tomatoes and peppers and cook them on low heat for 15-20 minutes with the lid closed.

    well done. My mother's recipe used to be cooked like this and the taste was inedible. Rest in peace.
