The original version of Tatar soup is just like ravioli soup. Before making the soup, ravioli with minced meat are prepared and boiled together with pre-boiled chickpeas.

There were ground meatless and dried Tatar dough in the pastry shop I found while visiting the village market. When I asked how to make it, he briefly explained two recipes to me. Tatar soup can be made with tomato paste or with yoghurt. It can even be served boiled just like pasta.

The soup that I prepared during Ramadan was highly appreciated, I hope I will soon have the opportunity to make the dough in the soups I prepared myself. Love…

In some regions, they gave this name to the dough cut into small squares. It usually happens in yufka makers.

we Tatars call ravioli plate pie, this soup is also spoonbörek. And we don't put chickpeas in it. Before adding the water, we chop a small onion into very small pieces, kill it until it turns yellow, then add the tomato paste and add its water. We serve.

How nice it looks with Kastamonu garlic, I'm working in a cool air-conditioned place right now. The image of the soup warmed my heart; I can't wait to retire as soon as possible (by the way, 3,5 months left) and make your recipes as soon as I read them. good luck to your hands
