- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 1 meal spoon tomato paste
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 2 – 2,5 glasses of water
- salt

How to Make Tas Kebab Recipe?
- Heat the butter and oil in a saucepan. Add the cubed meats to the hot oil and fry them until they release their juices.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic to the meat that absorbs the water and fry it until the onions turn pink.
- Add the tomato paste and fry for 1 more minute. Add the tomato puree and continue frying.
- Add water and salt to the pot and cook on low heat until the meat is tender. (Check the water from time to time while cooking, if the water is very low but the meat is not tender to the consistency you want, add hot water.)
- Serve with mashed potatoes or fried potatoes, if desired.
