Hello Dear Friends,

As you know, there are different types of tarator. One of my favorite recipes carrot tarator  I recently shared pumpkin tarator equally loved. Fried mussels as a lover bread tarator I've been doing it for many years. Normally, I used to add walnuts to my recipe, which I prepared together with the mussels pan. This time, I used 1 whole stale bread to make use of all the stale bread I have.

Since I used the bread with its crusts, I wanted to lighten both the color and the flavor a little, so I added some yogurt to it. Normally, I don't add yoghurt to the tarator that I prepare for seafood. You can easily prepare this recipe to evaluate the stale bread in your home. I love this tarator recipe even more than mayonnaise. Since I don't use extra oil in it, it balances the fries quite well. Of course, because it contains a lot of bread, consume it without bread if possible :)

I hope to get a different mussel pan recipe tonight from a brother who has been doing this for years, if I can get the recipe, I will definitely share it with you :)

Love…
