It was a legendary recipe that would take the flavor of flour halva to a higher level. All you have to do to caramelize the sugar is to warm the pan well. Remember, because the heat will rise to very high levels, the steam is too much. Add water carefully. You can also use milk instead of water if you want.

How to Make Full Measured Flour Halva Recipe?

  1. Heat the saucepan, add the sugar and when the edges caramelize, carefully add the water and mix, bring to a boil over low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and remove from the heat.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add all the flour on it and start roasting on medium heat.
  3. When the flour smells and its color turns dark, turn the heat down and add the caramelized syrup that you have carefully prepared.
  4. Cook, stirring, until it thickens and does not stick to the spoon and the pot (about 2-3 minutes).
  5. Turn off the stove, close the lid of the pot and let the halva rest until it is warm.
  6. Either squeezing it with your hand or shaping it with the help of a mold and transfer it to the serving plate.

I've always been afraid to make halvah because my late father roasts it for minutes, while my mother cooks it for 40-50 minutes. He says my arms are broken every time. But in this recipe, I perceived it as if you don't need to fry that much, is it true?

Hello, since the amount is small, it comes to a consistency quickly. You don't need to fry for that long. Love…
