Today, the weather is cold in Istanbul. Even though there is no snow there, Maslak, where I arrived in the morning sluggish, is under the snow, everywhere is white, moreover, there is a rumor of heavy snowfall today. In fact, this theme has been very good for my body, which has longed to see snow for the last 3-4 years. For some reason, I took a warm pastry, so I published my updated crispy pastry again.

Ingredients for Chip Pastry Recipe
- 10 puff pastry dough
- 150 gratin bacon
- 150 g cheddar cheese
- 1 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of sesame seeds
How to Make Chip Pastry Recipe?
- Grate the cheddar cheese, finely chop the bacon and mix the two ingredients.
- Put 2 tablespoons of mortar in the middle of the softened puff pastry and close it as a bundle.
- Place on a greased baking tray with the closed side down.
- Cut the puff pastry dough into strips and decorate on the pastries.
- Brush them with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Roast in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
