Today, the weather is cold in Istanbul. Even though there is no snow there, Maslak, where I arrived in the morning sluggish, is under the snow, everywhere is white, moreover, there is a rumor of heavy snowfall today. In fact, this theme has been very good for my body, which has longed to see snow for the last 3-4 years. For some reason, I took a warm pastry, so I published my updated crispy pastry again.

Pastrami Pie When I say that, my fat melts, and when you divide the warm pastries with lots of cheddar and pastrami into two, that fragrant scent spreads throughout the room (My God..). It's my pleasure if I brew some rabbit blood and tea next to it :)

Step-by-step photos, love in the recipe section…

hello, first of all, congratulations to your hands and work
    it's really beautiful
And after I enlarge it slightly with my hand and give it the shape of a bundle
I suggest you try dipping it in water first, dipping it in breadcrumbs and cooking it instead of rubbing eggs.
