Hello Dear Friends,
I like a legume salad, especially piyaz, next to meatballs. Sometimes from chickpeas sometimes from mung beans I am preparing. I prepared a simple and delicious piyaz recipe for the iftar menu that I will give for today. But this time I made a little Antalya touch :)

Tahini really suits the market very well. You can increase or decrease the consistency and the ingredients you add to it according to your taste.

egg white

Those who want a more sugary taste can use their bean selections in favor of spruce beans. Those who say I can't find it and can't deal with it too much can use canned beans.

In the tricks of making pizza You can find it in this article.

Ms. Nilay, from Antalya, my humble suggestion would be if you add the juice of the beans and the beans you boiled while making the tahini sauce for the pizza, and put the lemon juice, garlic and tahini all through the robot, it becomes a more beautiful and thick sauce. I follow your articles with pleasure...

Thank you, Ms. Yelda :) Since I think it can make gas, even if I add it from the water, the beans can add themselves. Yours sincerely
