Thus it turns out tahini pudding out :)

Since I serve my pudding with pear molasses and pear molasses is very sweet, I kept the amount of sugar moderate. If you do not want to use molasses, you can increase the amount of sugar by half a glass more.

You can also make the same dessert with flour, but the density of starch is good. For example, if you are going to use flour, you can increase the amount of 1 tablespoon more.

Ingredients for Tahini Custard Recipe

  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of wheat starch (heaping)
  • half a cup of tahini
  • 6 tablespoons of molasses (for serving)

How to Make Tahini Custard Recipe?

  1. Put the sugar and starch in the saucepan. Add the milk little by little and whisk so that it doesn't clump up, adding all the milk.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until the sugar dissolves.
  3. When the mixture starts to thicken, add tahini.
  4. Cook over low heat, stirring, until you get the consistency of sweet pudding.
  5. Take the thickened dessert into glasses and distribute the molasses with the help of a spoon, put the dessert that has reached room temperature in the refrigerator. Serve cold.
