Ingredients for Tahini Walnut Cake Recipe

  • 3 pieces of eggs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of tahini
  • 1 water glass measure of oil
  • 1 glass of water Milk
  • 2 water glass flour
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of crushed walnuts

For Service:

  • tahini
  • walnut crack

How To Make Tahini Walnut Cake Recipe?

  1. Beat eggs and granulated sugar until white and fluffy and sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Add tahini, oil and milk and continue whisking.
  3. Add the flour and baking powder and mix. Finally, add the walnuts and mix with a spatula.
  4. Grease the cake mold with the help of a brush and pour your cake mix into the mold.
  5. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until the inside of the cake comes out dry (approximately 30-15 minutes).
  6. Take the baked cake out of the oven and serve by slicing when it comes to room temperature.

    What is a walnut crack? No walnuts :) Thanks for the recipe. Molasses can also be used instead of sugar. It is delicious when you make a thick cake with molasses and serve it with Maraş ice cream in small slices. I advise.
