  • 1,5 teaspoon of tahini
  • 1,5 cups stale bread crumbs (crumbled by hand)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup of walnut kernels (finely ground)
  • cumin with the tip of 1 teaspoon
  • salt
  • 1 coffee cup of water

How to Make Stale Bread Salad with Tahini and Walnut?

  1. Take the crumbled bread into the mixing bowl. Add water little by little and knead to soften.
