Let this evening be just for me! Ingredients for Tahini Cups Recipe

  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 fingers missing sugar from 1 glass+2 glass of water
  • 4 tablespoons of flour (heaped)
  • 1 cup of tahini
  • 4 tablespoons of molasses

Fabrication:

  1. Put the sugar, flour and milk in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until the sugar and flour dissolve.
  2. When the mixture starts to thicken, add tahini and molasses.
  3. Cook on low heat until you get the consistency of sweet pudding.
  4. Take the thickened dessert into cups and serve when it comes to room temperature.

    I think the health of your hands may be in starch instead of flour…

      Yes, a little over 1,5 cups. When the sugar melts and starts to thicken a little, we add the tahini and molasses. Take it easy :)

        I put the syrup in the coffee pot and add the tahini in the bowl while the sugar melts and thickens.
