Tahini Cake (With Tahini & Cocoa)
Hello Dear Friends,
I've been wanting to share a tahini cake recipe with you for a long time. One of the sweetest ways to continue the day happily is to gently wrap the house with the fragrant cake baked in the oven. It's so cold today that I thought it was the right time for Tahini Cake.
They say it's cracked from its taste, or that's exactly what it is :) You must mix the tahini you will use thoroughly before adding it to the cake. Those who will use baton molds should not forget to oil and flour their molds.
The baking time of the cake is a little long. You can start testing the dryness of the inside 30-35 minutes after you start cooking.
This recipe will be one of the indispensables of your tea time!
Love…

I asked 1 year ago, now I'll ask again because I couldn't get a cvp. Can we put something else in the cake instead of milk, soda or not at all?
Hello, sometimes it can be overlooked. In case of emergency, you can also reach me on Instagram. There is no soda, but you can add yoghurt as it will thicken the tahini consistency, so you need to increase the amount of liquid. Yours sincerely
hello, is it okay if we don't put milk in it or can we put something else instead of milk?
Hello again, Miss Nilay. I made the cake and it turned out great. Everyone I served liked it very much, and there were those who asked for the recipe. :) It has already become one of my favorite cakes. Thank you so much. Good luck with your enthusiasm.
Thanks for your answer. I will share the result with you after I do it. ;)
There were those who tried the recipe yesterday and shared the photos as soon as they published it. Hope you like it as much as they do :) Best regards!
Hello, Ms. Nilay. I'm going to try the cake tonight, but after pouring the cake dough that we added cocoa in half on the plain cake, what did you do to mix the doughs together? Thanks.
Hello Esra, you can mix it with a fork or skewer. love.
