Taco Burger

I shared the #tacoburger recipe in my story before my Istanbul trip. We loved it so much that I wanted to share my own recipe with you by making a reel at the first opportunity ☺️ I have never liked the burger made with only salt, pepper and meat. For this reason, whenever I cook at home, I cook it according to my own taste, that is, mother's style 😄

Ingredients for Taco Burger Recipe

• 500 g ground beef
• Half of 1 medium onion
• 1 cloves of garlic
• a third of a bunch of parsley
• 1 sweet spice salt
• half a teaspoon of black pepper
• half a teaspoon of cumin
• 6 mini lavash

For the sauce:

• Mayonnaise
• Ketchup
• 2 pickled gherkins

Garniture:

• Lettuce
• Red onion
• Tomato 
• Parsley

Fabrication:

1. Put the minced meat into the kneading bowl. Add finely chopped onion and parsley.
2. After adding the garlic and spices, knead for at least 2-3 minutes.
3. When the minced meat is well combined, divide it into 6 equal parts.
4. Place the mini lavash on the counter and spread the meatball ball you prepared on it with your hands.
5. Cook the minced meat in the heated pan until it is thoroughly cooked.
6. Serve with sauce and garnish.
