Milk Spinach Soup
Hello Dear Friends,
I have a wonderful soup recipe that you can prepare with spinach, one of the beauties of the season :) Even the dark green color is enough to revive you :) The only thing that will tire you while preparing this soup is to wash the spinach, it's that simple :)
Also in this recipe in restaurant style lentil soup I used the roasted flour I used. If you want, you can remove the flour and add 1 potato to thicken it. I used very little nutmeg for flavoring. Ingredients for Milk Spinach Soup Recipe
- 250 g spinach
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 spoonful butter
- 4 water glass of water
- 1 water glass milk
- salt
- black pepper
- nutmeg
How to Make Milk Spinach Soup Recipe?
- Wash the spinach in plenty of water, drain and chop coarsely. Chop the onion.
- Place the onion in a medium saucepan and sauté with olive oil until translucent. Add the spinach and continue sautéing.
- Add water and milk and let it cook on medium heat. Take the butter and flour in the pan and fry it until it smells.
- Add the roasted flour to the soup and pass the soup through the blender.
- Take the soup, which you have left to boil for 5-6 more minutes, on low heat and serve.
