  • 3 liter milk
  • 1 cups of rice

  1. Take the milk in the pot, add the rice you have washed with 2-3 waters on it.
  2. Bring the milk to a boil over medium heat, and when it boils, turn down the heat and boil it until the rice bursts and gets the consistency of rice pudding (approximately 1,5 hours).
  3. Add sugar to the rice pudding that has started to thicken, and cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves completely.
  4. Boil for 2 more minutes for about 10 minutes and remove from the stove.
  5. Divide into bowls, serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon when the rice pudding is crusted.

    My mother makes rice pudding without adding rice flour or starch, it would be great. It never boils for 1 hour 40 minutes. Even though I look at it many times, the rice pudding I make will be juicy, not as delicious as it;(( Ilknurd, I think egg yolk is added to the oven rice pudding.
