You can serve the milk liqueur with chocolate or coffee, or you can use it in making desserts.
Ingredients for Milk Liquor Recipe
- 1 liter pasteurized milk
- 400 gr granulated sugar
- 1 stick of vanilla
- 1 lemon zest
- 1 handful of grated coconut (preferably fresh)
- 300 g ethyl alcohol
How to Make Milk Liqueur Recipe?
- 1- Put all the ingredients in a large glass jar, mix them and place them in the refrigerator after tightly closing the lid.
- Shake the jar well 2 times a day without opening the lid.
- After 1,5 weeks, your liquor will be ready to drink. Filter your ready liquor, store it in the refrigerator and consume it within 1 week.

The above recipe is easy and the result is good :)) for humble liquids; If we use the terms liters, milliliters instead of kg, gr… There are people who pour pasteurized milk into the scales and weigh 1 kg and use it in the recipe…
Should it be stored in the refrigerator after opening?
sorry it would be 300 gr alcohol :))
