Summer Salad
Hello dear friends,
Today has been incredibly tiring. If you collected it because of my hernia last night, I only slept for an hour. The first thing in the morning was to make an appointment with the doctor, but since the doctor gave the appointment for 1:15 and I was invited to the Happy Kitchen program broadcast on Show TV, I made the appointment for tomorrow.
I will write a separate article for this beautiful program :) But you can watch me on Show TV on Thursday, June 14th at 14:30.
Anyway, as soon as I arrived, I decided to write a little to relieve some fatigue and distract myself. I know you are expecting a recipe and extra information about the empowerment phase from me. But I don't really do anything very special.
These days, my biggest luxury is the variety of greens I buy when we go to the street market. I think summer means watermelon, cheese, basil, mint and all kinds of herbs :)
In the strengthening phase, you can consume as many salads as you want, just like on vegetable days. As summer comes and the variety of flavors increases, it becomes both more enjoyable and delicious.
You can flavor your summer salad as you wish by making sauces with yogurt or kefir. In this way, you can stay away from olive oil.
You can add fresh coriander or basil to the sauce by keeping the flavored greens less in the salad.
Love…
