Sultani Peas
Sultani peas are as delicious as they are awned :) You have to be careful while sorting them.
Whether it's peas or leeks, it's not hard to find the flavor you want in olive oil dishes. It is enough to pay attention to one very small detail. This detail is also a very small amount of sugar.
You know, sometimes your spouses say, it doesn't take the place of my mother's meal. Mother-in-laws gain from experience and the little sugar they use :)
I add the granulated sugar to the pot along with the salt while the onions are roasting. In this way, the onions turn pink quickly without burning, and my food is more delicious.
Now it's time for vegetables, let's see the kitchen for delicious olive oil :)

Dear Nilay, I've never tried it... Now I will definitely try the full season in these dimensions... Love
I tried it for the first time, I made it with minced meat, it was good, I will try it with olive oil ….
I made it for the first time last year, I couldn't cook it. I cleaned the bones. I made it twice, it didn't happen both times. I couldn't understand why. I will do it with a pressure cooker next time.
Thank you guys, thank you very much for these nice comments :) LOVERR!!!
it is one of my favorite food. Health to your hands
Dear Nilay,
I also love olive oil dishes. Even if I add a little olive oil, it is filled with olive oil, isn't it :) I cooked sultana peas this time, but araka is more delicious in my opinion. I use the onion whole, how small you chopped them! God bless your hands! ♥
