Hello Dear Friends,

There are two ingredients that I love to use, one of them is cheese and the other is beetroot. I love consuming cheese varieties and tasting new cheeses as much as possible. I love to combine my favorite flavors with different flavors that I also love.

Years ago, when I saw the beets on the counter in our neighborhood market. cookingI decided to prepare the Beet Carpaccio, which we prepared in . When I was choosing beets that were a little bigger than walnuts, another idea came to my mind, and when I got home, stuffed beetroot with goat cheese appeared :)

Boil your beet baked beets Bake as in my recipe. Both will be nice, but remember that the beet that is baked with spices will be more delicious and sweet, even if the color is darker.

I used goat cheese because I like goat cheese and beetroot very well, but you can also try with different kinds of cheese according to your taste.

I will share my Beet Carpaccio recipe soon.

Love…
