Ingredients for Stuffed Artichokes with Olive Oil Recipe
- 1 jar of 6 artichoke cans
- 1 large onion
- 500 gr. mixed garnish
- Dill
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1,5 water glass of water
- Half a lemon
Fabrication:
- Drain the artichoke preserves and garnishes. If any, place the artichokes side by side so that they do not get stuck in a deep pot, or in a large pot.
- Grate 1 onion, put the olive oil in a small saucepan and fry the onion for 1-2 minutes. Add the garnish to the roasted onion and fry for 2 more minutes (you can add half a glass of water if you want, but I don't use it).
- Divide the garnish you prepared into the artichokes with the help of a spoon.
- Whisk half a tea glass of olive oil and half a lemon with a little salt and sugar in a small bowl and drizzle over the artichokes.
- Finally, drain the water from the side of the pot and cook the artichokes on low heat with the lid closed until they are soft.
- Serve your artichokes, which have come to room temperature, garnished with dill.
Note: If the water is insufficient, you can add water.
